Fiberglass Repair, Gelcoat & Refinishing — Toronto in the SeaTec Toronto workshop

Scope

What we offer.

Process

How the job runs.

  1. Assess

Visual and tap-test on the affected area; deeper inspection if structural concern. We photograph the damage and write up the scope before quoting.

  2. Prep & repair

Damaged glass ground out and re-laid with matching cloth and resin. Cured under heat where it matters. Surfaces faired with a long board, not just bondo.

  3. Finish & blend

Gelcoat matched to your hull color and feathered into the surrounding finish — or full repaint with prep, base, clear. Polished to factory gloss.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you match my Sea-Doo's gelcoat color?

In most cases yes. We mix to a sprayed-out sample and feather into the existing finish so the repair is invisible at arm's length.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes — we provide itemized photo reports, repair scope, and the documentation insurers need. We can work directly with your adjuster.

How long does a hull repair take?

Spot fixes a few days. Larger impact damage 1–2 weeks. Full repaints 2–3 weeks depending on prep needed.
